Safety, #1 Priority! USCG Rules & Regulations: Children 13 yrs and under are required to wear a life jacket (provided by the crew) while underway, unless parents/ guardians decide otherwise and therefore will be solely responsible. While we are underway, kids may also be tethered for safety and comfort. 

Life Jackets & Safety Equips: All required USCG safety equipment are available onboard. Life jackets, Navigation chart, cruising guide, navigation tools,  binoculars, traveling set of dock lines, basic tool kits and first-aid kit are provided. See our Boats Features & Amenities here.

CapacityUp to a total of 6 guests per boat and 12 guests for a 'Sail and Powerboat!' raft-up party experience.

What to bring: Byob! Picnic basket, cooler, sunscreen, towels, after-sun lotion, wear non-marking rubber sole shoes, bring your signed Crewed Charter Agreement & Waiver - (TCAW), along with a Government-issued ID. Tips greatly appreciated 🙂

What to wear: Wear non-marking rubber sole shoes, swimwear, swim shorts and dress comfortably!

Is food provided? We provide fruits, snacks & sodas on our half day, full day and overnight boat and breakfast charters. Order from our Islan' Grill Kitchen buffet menu here. (We're sorry, kitchen is closed for 2021 season)

Are utensils & plates aboard? While you may bring your own plastic plates and utensils , please be note that glasswares are not allowed for safety reasons. We have plastic plates & utensils aboard.

Alcohol allowed? Yes, you can bring your own bottle! Only plastic containers are allowed aboard, unless wine or champagne.

Are dogs allowed? We love dogs! Please bring its life vests, 'we-we' pads/rug. Dogs aren't allowed down below or allowed to sit directly on seats without a rug.

Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policy: We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. 

Weather Policy: If the weather forecast is simply; chance of showers, scattered thunderstorms, isolated thunderstorms or chance of thunderstorms, we will discuss an alternative safe and fun route with guests prior to our departure. Generally, we avoid these passing thunderstorms by consulting with weather radar, or stay closer to port. If the weather forecast is for continuous or 100% chance of rain, hurricane or thunderstorms, or the U.S. Coast Guard issues a small craft warning for the Chesapeake Bay, the date of charter can be rescheduled for any un-booked time slot. If guests do not wish to reschedule; their deposit or 30% of their payment will be withheld.

Can I rent a boat without a captain? For experienced sailors, please fill out our Bareboat Rental Inquiry Form (BRIF).

If I damage the boat, what am I responsible for? All bareboat rentals must pay the $50 non-refundable insurance coverage. The $500 damage deposit is fully refunded, if there is no accident or damage to the boat within 48 of the charter.  In the event you or your party cause damage or loss to the vessel, or to property belonging to a third party, you will be liable for the damage up to the value of the Security Deposit, except in the case of gross negligence as outlined below. If you or your party cause damage or loss to the vessel, or any ancillary equipment or to property belonging to a third party, and such damage or loss is caused as a result of gross negligence or reckless conduct, charters will be liable for the full extent of the loss suffered beyond that of the damage deposit. Acts that will be considered as gross negligence or reckless conduct include, without limitation, sailing outside of defined sailing areas and/or hours, negligent operation, sailing in adverse weather conditions, and sailing the vessel under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
