ICYC: Booking-Rescheduling-Cancellation-Refund Policy

A. BOOKINGS

  • When you make a booking, either via the website or by phone, we reserve the boat just for you and your party, and block out booking other charters for that boat during the time-slot.
  • Bookings are paid in full at the time of your reservation.
  • You will receive a confirmatory email with:
    • Further details about the charter, including times, marina location and a suggestion to read the relevant descriptions on our website.
    • A copy of the Cruise Charter agreement - click to review here. We ask you to share this with your guests (everyone over 17-years of age), have them sign it to bring it to the charter. It's not a problem if you don't, but we will have to take time before the charter departs to garner everyones' signatures. Please note, signing the Agreement means you agree to the stipulations and restrictions stated in the Agreement, plus that you have read and agreed to the Weather, Smoking, Alcohol-Food, Motion Sickness and Bookings-Reschedule-Cancellation-Refund Policies (stated on this page).

B. Changes/Cancellations Longer Than 14-Days Before Your Charter

  • After a confirmed booking, you may cancel your charter and receive a full refund when you call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative longer than 14-days before your charter. If you leave a phone message, we will return your call by the next business day, but a cancellation is only valid by direct conversation (no email or phone messages or pigeon post cancellations).
  • To reschedule without charge longer than 14-days before your charter, please call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative. We will reschedule your cruise to an equivalent time slot, duration and price according to availability - we cannot guarantee a cruise will be available.

C. Changes/Cancellations 14-Days to 7-Days Before Your Charter

  • You may cancel your charter and receive a 85 % refund if you call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative shorter than 14-days prior to your charter and longer than 7-days before your charter. If you leave a phone message, we will return your call by the next business day, but a cancellation is only valid by direct conversation.
  • To reschedule without penalty, please call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative shorter than 14-days prior to your charter and longer than 7-days before your booked charter. We will reschedule your cruise to an equivalent time slot, duration and price according to availability - we cannot guarantee a cruise will be available.

D. Changes/Cancellations Shorter Than 2-Days Before Your Charter

  • You may cancel your charter and receive a 75 % refund if you call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative shorter than 7-days prior to your charter and longer than 2-days before your charter. If you leave a phone message, we will return your call by the next business day, but a cancellation is only valid by direct conversation.
  • To reschedule shorter than 3-days before your charter with a 20 % fee, please call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative. We will reschedule your cruise to an equivalent time slot, duration and price according to availability - we cannot guarantee a cruise will be available.

E. Changes/Cancellations Shorter Than 3-Days Before Your Charter

  • You may cancel your charter and receive a 50 % refund if you call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative shorter than 3-days prior to your charter. If you leave a phone message, we will return your call by the next business day, but a cancellation is only valid by direct conversation.
  • To reschedule shorter than 3-days before your charter with a 25 % fee, please call (410) 212-4476 during our normal office hours and speak directly with a representative. We will reschedule your cruise to an equivalent time slot, duration and price according to availability - we cannot guarantee a cruise will be available.

F. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued via the means by which the charter was booked (credit card or check) and will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation. The time taken for you to receive the funds is determined by the credit card company and your bank and usually take 5-10 business days. Bookings by cheque will be refunded after your check has cleared your bank and payment received. Both cheque and cash payments will only be refunded by check - please allow 14 days for such transactions to be sent by mail.
  • You will receive an email confirming the cancellation or rescheduling.
